I had been looking after Direct Tax, Indirect Taxes, Company Law, Bank Audits, NBFC compliances, society formation and compliances, drafting legal documents, etc. With over 9 years of experience in Service Tax, Goods & Services Tax and West Bengal Value Added Tax, I hold exposure in procedural compliance, audits, consultancy, representation before authorities, etc. I am also actively engaged in Company and LLP law matters which includes Incorporation, annual filings, striking off, conversion, due diligence, consultancy and other procedural compliance for a private limited company, representations before authorities, etc.
